عند استخدام المساعد، نعالج رقم واتساب المرسل، معرّف الرسالة ووقتها، نص الطلب، العملية المطلوبة، وحالتها ونتيجتها. قد تتضمن الطلبات بيانات المنتجات والعملاء وعروض الأسعار التي يسمح حساب المستخدم بالوصول إليها في Odoo. نستخدم هذه البيانات للتحقق من الرقم المصرح له، تنفيذ الأوامر المدعومة، منع التنفيذ المكرر، وإرسال الرد. لا نطلب كلمات المرور أو مفاتيح API عبر واتساب.
تنتقل الرسائل عبر منصة WhatsApp Business التابعة لشركة Meta. يدير n8n على خادم Hetzner استقبال الطلبات وتنسيقها، ويتصل جسر على كمبيوتر Windows بخادم Odoo الداخلي عبر VPN. لا يُعرض Odoo مباشرة على الإنترنت. لا تُستخدم خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي لتفسير الرسائل حاليًا؛ سنحدّث هذه السياسة بمعلومات مزودها ومعالجة البيانات قبل تفعيلها.
عند تشغيل المساعد، سيقتصر تنفيذ الأوامر على رقم واتساب مصرح له وصلاحيات حساب Odoo. ضُبط سير عمل n8n التجريبي كي لا يحفظ بيانات تنفيذات الإنتاج الناجحة أو الفاشلة؛ قد تُحفظ بيانات الاختبارات اليدوية إلى أن تُراجع وتُحذف بعد الاختبار. قاعدة يومية مفعّلة تحذف سجلات جدول عمليات n8n الأقدم من 90 يومًا. يحذف الجسر المحلي سجلاته الأقدم من 90 يومًا عند معالجة الطلب التالي. تخضع السجلات التي ينشئها Odoo وسياسات احتفاظ Meta لسياسات كل نظام على حدة.

When the assistant is used, we process the sender's WhatsApp number, message ID and time, request text, requested operation, status, and result. Requests may involve product, customer, and quotation information available to the user's Odoo account. We use this information to validate the authorized sender, carry out supported commands, prevent duplicate execution, and reply. We do not request passwords or API keys through WhatsApp.
Messages travel through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. n8n on a Hetzner server receives and coordinates requests. A bridge on a Windows computer connects to the internal Odoo server through VPN. Odoo is not publicly exposed. AI interpretation is not currently active; we will update this policy with provider and data-processing details before enabling it.
When the assistant is enabled, command execution will be limited to an authorized WhatsApp number and the Odoo account's permissions. The test n8n workflow is configured not to save successful or failed production execution data; manual test executions may be retained until reviewed and removed after testing. An active daily rule deletes n8n operation-table records older than 90 days. The local bridge deletes its operation records older than 90 days when it next processes a request. Records created in Odoo and Meta's retention are governed by their respective policies.
